At first, we booked a oyo room. When I booked, it was written that “couples are allowed”.But when I reached the hotel, they said that “couples are not allowed”. Then we called the oyo service center.They booked another hotel for us.And said that this payment must be made online.We also paid online for booking the hotel. But when we arrived at the hotel, the owner of the hotel said that they were not allowed to enter through online payment. We have to make this payment offline to get the booking room.They told us to call the oyo service center. Owner of the hotel told us to say to the oyo service center that they did not allow us to enter for the age issue. Even they said that they would say the same to the oyo service centre.That’s what we did, as he said.When I called later, he said he had called the oyo service center and the oyo service center informed him that the money will be refunded to us.But when I called today, he said that he had not received any mail from the oyo service center since that day and said us to call the service center again. I called the service center again and they said that they had given the money to the hotel but the owner of the hotel said he did not receive any money from oyo.
We have used the oyo hotel many times before and we have been satisfied. But this time we have had a lot of harassment.
We want our money back as soon as possible. Otherwise we will take legal step against the hotel and the oyo
