Subject: Urgent: Complaint Regarding Refund Issue with WhiteHat Jr
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding a financial transaction with WhiteHat Jr, a prominent online education platform.My name is Vijayakumar and my mobile no is 9025365863.
My son, Sathyagithre, enrolled in a professional course with WhiteHat Jr, for which we paid a fee of Rs. 92,000. However, after a few classes, my son expressed dissatisfaction with the tutor’s experience, leading him to discontinue the course. On April 12, 2023, we formally communicated our decision to WhiteHat Jr via email, requesting a refund of the course fee.
Subsequently, WhiteHat Jr approved a partial refund of Rs. 60,698 on April 19, 2023, as communicated through email. Regrettably, despite their confirmation, we have not received the refunded amount. Our persistent attempts to resolve this matter through daily communication with their customer care and written correspondence have been met with silence and a lack of cooperation from their end.
To facilitate your understanding of the situation, I have attached relevant documents, including email correspondence and audio records of our conversations with WhiteHat Jr’s customer care. It is disheartening to note that a company of this scale operates without a clear headquarters address, hindering our ability to seek resolution through standard channels.
I kindly request your intervention to expedite the resolution of this matter and ensure that we receive the approved refund promptly. Such timely assistance would greatly contribute to my son’s education. Additionally, I urge you to take appropriate action against companies engaging in deceptive practices, jeopardizing the trust of citizens.
