Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Karma I have made the withdrawal amount 1lakh on 13th of April 2024 and as per 1xbet account it is successfully completed but till now it is not credited in my bank account it has been now 19days.
So far I have called more than 20/30 times to 1xbet customer support team and every time they give me false assurance that my Money will be refunded back to my 1xbet account or will transfer to my bank account within 24hrs and most of the time they says request forwarded to next level for investigation but they never come back with the updates, also they keep asking bank statements. So far I have send 7 emails with latest bank statements details but no response from email team.
This is the worst experience in my life I never thought such a big and popular online gaming company like 1xbet will do this to their customer.
Please understand the pain and mental stress going through at this moment.

Sir, It has been already 26days gone and still my withdrawal amount is not credited in my bank account.
I tried all my possible ways to recover my money.
I called your customer support 20/30 times and even send 7/8 emails with bank statements but I got no response from your support team, I was helpless. So, this is the only platform for me to raise my concern.
Please help me I need this money badly.
