Hello, my name is karma,

I have processed withdrawal winning amount 1lakh on 13th of April 2024 and still it is not credited in my bank account it’s already 19days.

So far I have called more than 20/30 times to 1xbet customer support team and every time they give me false assurance that my Money will be refunded back to my 1xbet account or will transfer to my bank account within 24hrs and most of the time they says request forwarded to next level for investigation but they never come back with the updates, also they keep asking bank statements. Also I have sent 5 emails so far with all necessary details but no response from email team.

This is the worst experience in my life I never thought such a big and popular online gaming company like 1xbet will do this to their customer.

Please understand the pain and mental stress going through at this moment.

      Thank you for your concern. After seeing your reply I got some rays of hope.

      Still my withdrawal is not credited in my bank account now it is already a month. I have been calling your customer support every day but no positive response.

      As per your message I have emailed to complaints@1xpartner.com with my latest bank statements and other details.

      Hoping for positive response. Also requesting you to please intervene on the same.

      I need your intervention to help my pending request to move fast, which i have raised to said email ids – complaints@1xpartner.com & info-ind@1xbet-team.com.
      I have emailed them so many times but no positive response. Now it has been more than a month still I have not received my withdrawal money.
      At last support team has provided me two UTR number to check with respective banks. I have already shared email of both the banks HDFC & ICICI where they have clearly said no transaction reflecting with given UTR no– 410627047889 & 41061521686 and also I have attached latest bank statements of both the banks.

      This is giving me lots of problems mentally as well physically, please help.
