We totally agree that you didn’t have the desired experience last time around with our services and we will make sure such incidents never repeat in future. We hope you give us another chance going forward to amend this experience.
Also, we have initiated full refund from our side which you will be receiving in other 24-48 hours in your paytm wallet.
Hope this incident doesn’t affect your journey with Zomato.

sir 48 hour time is over but i have not recived my refund amount. how can i believe next time on zomato.i m very disappointed from zomato. from 2nd dec to till u are not able to refund my amount.
