It is the law that every company has to pay with the same method from which they get the payment. When I canceled the booking, Oyo people refunded in Oyo wallet which is no use because even if i will try booking hotels from the wallet money, hotels will decline to take payment from my wallet. And also I paid from my UPI id then I want to receive the refund in my UPI id only not in Oyo wallet. When I am calling them they are just transferring my calls and lying that you can only get money in wallet, that too which is of no use.

We’re facing same issues in Oyo. The refund amount got cancelled and the amount got credited to the Oyo wallet not to the payment gateway which we have done. Oyo is a fraudulent and only they’re speaking in hindi and no proper response and cutting the call after several minutes in hold. We can’t able to use the amount in any method
Oyo is a scam now
