Dear Sir,
I booked train ticket on 28Jan (3 Passenger)on Paytm amount of 2891.47,but due to choice of lower berth availability,train tickets failed but Refund amount not be initiated,I call and mailed to so many times to Paytm customer care but every time says your amount will refund on 24hour.Already 5days gone but my refund amount not received.
