Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you, I had cancelled two IRCTC tickets on 05.02.2019 which were booked through Paytm. When I checked I have found only refund of Rs. 50/- received from Paytm another refund of Rs. 610/- already processed by IRCTC (Transaction ID: 100001644457157 Refund Date: 6 Feb 2019) but still not processed by Paytm. I have written this email to Mr. Vijay (CEO) Email ID- vss@paytm.com but still there is no result. I had raised query in Paytm app on 17/02/2019 but the query removed from the app and I did not track it.
