on 5th of January 2020 in Annavaram(Andra pradesh) I was about to book the ticket. I gave my debit card. Money got debited but pnr didn’t generated. I waited for 10 days for the refund but it didn’t get refunded! I raised the complaint against this but they didn’t responded with proper statements, they are telling me to wait for another few days. I have attached the invoice.
