Text of Complaint by Ramandeep singh:

I have ordered from zomato on 20th June 1273551873, no there rider come near my home and i was calling him to connect but he was not responding to me and on same time i was chatting with zomato care for the same they were saying that you will get your order in 2 mins and after 2 mins my order got cancelled reason mentioned that rider unable to connect me and also he unable to find my address,
My 1st ques from zomato is if my address is wrong how they were delivering orders on same address since 1 year

2nd ques if my address is wrong then how the very next has been delivered to me.

Now :- see the case i asked the same thing on chat from zomato the they said to send mail to there email ID order@zomato.com i did the same i was following up with them since 20th june till 28th july then i received call from that they were saying we cant refund the amount but you can place order as COD and that would be FOC i did this same on 1st july now that rider came and i asked there rider to connect with zomato for this, then he went away. i dont know whats going on.
