Text of Complaint by Mrs Asha Rani Pathania:

I recharged my plan on 29/04/2022 at 78 Rs with a validity of 3 months. then I didn’t check the available plans and just repeated the same plan of 78 Rs on 29/07/2022. The amount got deducted but the incoming and outgoing services didn’t get activated. Finally I again recharged my plan on 13/08/2022 of 20 Rs still no activation on services. Please look into this matter asap. In the past 13 days, I have spent 98 Rs but still no activation.
