Hello
I do recharge by Freecharge for INR 59 on May 11 and that contains
1.1 GB 3G/4G Data – For 3G/4G user
Validity: 28 Days
and after that i start using data pack but after 1 day i come to know that my pack was not activated and all main balance was deducted from your end and that’s you big fault or you can say bug as well and even after that i registered complaint to customer care complain number : 3043633232 and i didn’t hear any updates from your end
So my request please refund my main balance which was deducted due to your fault and as well activate my 59 rs recharge as well
Otherwise i have to take strict action in favour of you
