On 22nd July 2020, through Reliance Jio app, I attempted to recharge my “Jio Mobile Number – 99450-93000”. For this transaction, I selected Paytm (A/c ref above) as the payment option. The transaction was shown as declined. However, the money was debited from my Paytm Account.
Raised multiple queries with Paytm to refund the amount. On the request from Paytm engaged with Reliance JIO also to confirm that they never received the payment. Paytm executive only called once in this last 3 months – but inspite of regular follow up since last 3 months, Paytm has just refused the credit.
