Yesterday(5/4/2021) I have received a message for Recharge. According to the message if you recharge amount of 249 you will get 3 GB data Roz+ 56 days validity.After I get the message I recharged.But recharge benefit are not found.I had complained about this to Vodafone Customer Care.
Complaint number(
UPE-V00399453320) and also send the mail.
But next day my complain is cancelled without any clarification.
I have been a Vodafone customer for the last 8 years.I don’t expect this kind of fraud from VI.
Kindly please do the needful
