Good Day

 

RMS – Ismrt does the utilitys at the Reid – Linbro Park – Balwin Properties.

 

When we have any power outages – for example on the 27/03/2021 – power went off at 10am and was only restored at 21:30, i was still billed usage for this particular time.

 

They have done this on every occasion that we had power outages.  When they are questioned about this we are advised that everything is billed correctly.  If there is a power outage, how can i be billed for it when i had no power at all.
