I have tried to recharge online through Paytem wallet and during recharge received message that
“Your Recharge of Vodafone Mobile 8860603140 of Rs 49 is pending with operator” So I have leave that time as it is. On next day morning I have received message that recharge happen 4 times with same amount Rs 49 on last night during regular interval
I have contacted same times with Customer care of vodafone and asked to return my amount which they have charged wrongly however they have immediately refused to return the amount which has been charged wrongly four times.
So requesting you that look into this and either return my excess amount or extend the validity for four months.
