I had placed an order for a pack of three casual shirts worth of Rs. 1,099/- in shoppingvilla.in on on 30-Jan-2020 with COD option.
On 01-Feb-2020 I received the order with a very cheap quality product with different shades and sizes which was nowhere matched with the order i placed.
Immediately i wrote a mail to the support team for returning product and got a reply saying they will get back to us within 7-10 days. But there was no further response. Again on 10th i wrote a reminder mail and got same reply.
Searched for customer care number online and called them they were very negligent, wasn’t responding to my queries properly and kept my call on hold for a long time. When i tried calling them again, my calls were forwarded and couldn’t connect at all.
