I have ordered a saree on 08th October worth of Rs.1388/- and the product was delivered on 17th October. Upon checking, I have received the wrong product and filed a return request, the delivery agent rejected the pickup saying the quality check up failed as the original order product images doesn’t match and asked to file a complaint.How will they match if they send a wrong product. I have called the customer care and they are saying that return option is not available and they cannot help..
