Sir/Madam,
I have ordered two items via order no. 143541322310 but got delivered wrong items. Upon reaching out to company service I have been given a replacement order 143544215041 which was also delivered with wrong item. I have requested a full refund or a coupon for which they are only offering half and after wasting two hours of my time.
