Have ordered a Large 35 L Backpack SHINCHAN_HD_Casual Backpack|School Bag 35L|College Bag Backpack on March 28th, 2023
received a totally different product Like sambar podi, rasam podi etc on April 1st 2023.
I am following up for the past 2 weeks for replacement or refund. Nothing happened. Please help me out.

    I ordered a product from flipkart and I am a frequent purchaser too… I and my husband is staying in our home and we both have job. We both will not available at our home in working time. So that we always request the delivery staff to handover the product to the security point. Today (20.06.2023) we both are available at home and one of my product came, and the delivery staff Mr. Bazil T george contacted and asked OTP after handover the product in security point, so I told that to bring my door point but he said he have so many things delivery and have rain. But there is no rain in our home area. He is not willing to bring the product directly. Then my husband contacted again after a while but he will not come to the door point because there is no door number in the address. And he disconnected the call while talking. And again we contacted him and he disconnected again. After a long time he contracted and asked to come down the block area. He started raising before when my husband met him. He talked very rude in front of other flatmates. And tried to spoil our reputation in our flat area. Also he used abuse words also. Please don’t sent these type of persons in our flat area. He don’t following any customer service and manners too. I am not interested buying products if same people is coming here. Mr.Bazil P george behaviour is very bad. If you people have these kind of staff with you definitely you will loose customer

    1. I mentioned my concern and whoever connected with me for chatting I clearly explained them 200 times but not resolving.

      I do have ordered mobile and received mobile also but unfortunately it got cancelled and the amount also refunded to my account but when the product got delivered we paid the amount to the delivery boy from another account.

      So now I need to return the same item which was not good for using got heating while charging the mobile and fastly getting down the charging as well.

      Hope you understand now and try to resolve the issue and raise the return request to return the item.

      Don’t send the same messages from you saying will resolve it by end of this month and we refunded already the amount also.
      Try to read the concern issue and take the product return.

  4. I have ordered (OD328529895718334100) MammyPoko pant (48pieces) on 4th July costing 1780.This was supposed to be fulfilled by seller Sambhav Deals. During open box delivery on 11th July the delivery boy found it was 2 packets with 20 pieces each instead of 24. He himself rejected the delivery and an replacement order was placed with 13th July date. I don’t know why there was a delay of 2 days. Nevertheless, the replacement ordered, which was not an open box delivery, was delivered on 19th July during my absence. In the evening when I opened the packet, I found only one packet (20 pieces) inside and the attached bill was also for only 1 packet. I raised a complaint with Flip Kart customer care immediately with missing item and I was being told another department will contact me and an refund will be initiated. The resolution due date was on 23rd July (Sunday). Late evening Sunday (on 23th July) I got an intimation they are still working on it and on Monday (24th July) morning I got another notification informing it was an open box delivery and hence the refund is rejected. I again called the customer care and informed the same but my call got disconnected in between. The replacement order was not an Open box delivery and I am not supposed to pay 1780 for 20 pieces, it was for 48 pieces. I am surprised to see the casual response from Flipkart customer care. This is not anticipated from FlipKart. I highly condemn this seller and FlipKart support service for this unprofessional response.
    I expect a full refund from Flip Kart asap and blacklist this seller.

I have given a order of Acer 23.8 inch Full HD LED Backlit VA Panel Gaming Monitor (QG241Y) with order ID OD328799375609004100 on 4th of August delivery date is 9th August, Ekart logistic didn’t make any attempt to deliver the product or even they didn’t make any call on my register number even i have call the ekart logistic number, i have raised the issue for delaying the order many time within 9th and 14th August.

    But the order was cancelled on 14th August without my consent.

    I have purchased it at a price of 6396 and today’s price is 7999. Is it justified that the customer is waiting for the order from the last 10 days and then the order is cancelled without the consent of the customer.

    How i wasted my time calling customer executives without receiving the order.
    I highly condemn this seller and FlipKart support service for this unprofessional response.
