Text of Complaint by Mayuri Srivastava:

I had place my order of lehenga on Meesho app on 2nd of november, 2022. Order id : 249169500072_1
I received the product on 7th Nov, 2022 at 4:24pm. But when i opened the product i am seeing bundle of small pieces of cut clothes to pretend as a lehenga.
The intended product which i ordered was missing from the package. And by the evening 7pm around i the status of the order is update to cancelled.
When complaint on meesho, they are saying they can provide me refund as they dont have any detail of delivery, the delivery has been cancelled from their side. I have all the proof as shiprocket ship message and link of the status of the delivery, invoice of the product.
