I have ordered a watch tracking no 320706442707 from watch kart India pvt. Ltd on 04/11/2022 , but I received a fraud dummy product (watch) on 10/11/2022 at 06:36pm by an Amazon delivery boy. He refused to open the parcel and asked for the payment. I paid him 1999 rupees by phone pay – transaction ID (T2211101836353249761273) to amazonsellerservice.98397377@hdfk bank. When I unboxed the parcel, I got fraud product (watch) and lost my money. I request you to consider my above complaint and please do needful.
