Boat did FRAUD with me, recently i ordered eardopes worth 999rs from boat Lifestyle website, with order id-4920867, and got a defective product and then within the exchange period i placed a request for exchange and received only an empty eardopes charging case so i raised a complaint(complaint id-33319622) with boat customer support team, sent them all the relevant proofs along with the unboxing video, later after waiting for a week i got a mail stating that the product was delivered intact according to their investigation, i don’t know what kind of investigation they are talking about, didn’t expect such fraud cheating from boAt Lifestyle Aman Gupta, in few days iam going to take legal action against this brand hoping law will serve justice and punish these fraudsters for their deeds, i request you guys to stop buying products from boat website if you don’t want to be cheated.
