Text of Complaint by Prashant Sharma:

Yesterday I have received Sony TV from Amazon Delivery team at around 11 A.M. There is heavy rain from last two three days. TV Box is wet. I have asked Delivery agent that box is wet and also asked him to check the product but he told me that only Sony Demo team will broke the seal and they can’t touch the seal. Also after Delivery they asked me to share the OTP. I again insisted him to check the product but they replied same answer. With the reputation of Amazon India and I very old Amazon India customer I taken the product and provided the OTP.
After that I have also called Sony Customer Care for checking and installation. But due to rain they denied for installation on yesterday and asked me that they will visit Today.
Today Sony Demo and Installation team visited, broke the seal and checked the TV. They found TV screen totally broken and there is taping at outside box. They told me to raise a complaint with Amazon for product replacement. I have called customer care team but they denied for return as per them I need to check the TV at time of delivery. Its reply very bad service and also very rude behavior from Amazon Customer Care executive. I am very old customer of Amazon and purchase lots of products very month. This is 1st time I am facing this type of issue. It is requested to do the needful and replace my product. I am also attaching images of the product.
