Sir, I was booked Puma Men Red Sneakers with Order ID- 8894066923 from Paytm. I received a different product on 12/08/2019 and I raised a complaint against the different received product to Paytm on same day. Paytm told me that we will resolution for your received product with in 24 hrs. I am touching with her from 12/08/2019. but paytm did not give any resolution yet. today on 26/08/2019 paytm told me with bell notification that we have investigate and your product delivery was same like booked product. but I have received a different product on 12/08/2019. so please help me for refund my money.
