Text of Complaint by Juvana Antony:

This is my worst experience with these purchases I had recently. We bought this for my mother who lives in India. The product I received was totally a different colour from the picture. So we were not satisfied as we had 2 problems like the product was different as well as the size was also bit small. So we returned it. They collected the product from us and after 3 days I checked for the refund,I didn’t receive any refund. So I contacted customer service to enquire, they told us we have returned the wrong product so a refund cannot be issued. So we again told them: we received a different product that is the reason we have returned it. After chatting with them, one of their employees told that we have received your product but they can’t issue refunds. Since they are hanging on to not issuing a refund, we asked them back the product that we returned. They said that that is not in their policy, they cannot return the product as well as the money. I don’t really understand, Is keeping customers’ purchased products and money, is their policy? They cannot exchange the product /return the product that was sent back to them/issue a refund.
