We have boarded the Delhi to Chandigarh Nuego electric bus from ISBT Kashmere Gate.
Bus is supposed to stop at a charging station in Karnal known as Divine dhaba but as the charging stations were full with other buses, conductor didn’t even informed anyone that the bus won’t stop here and started moving. When I queried the same, he started saying please log a complaint and I won’t answer your query. Is this the way you treat your customers, this rude behavior is service industry is totally unacceptable. The same queries were coming from other passengers as well but the conductor was very rude and was ready to fight and was ready to dial the police helpline in this matter. He didn’t even asked the passengers if someone has to go to the washroom they can go.
