I was traveling to Chandigarh from Delhi ISBT. I had booked the ticket from paytm with name of Hritik Raj , 2C seat number and booking ID/order ID – 24434488685 and ticket/PNR no. 6844673 in NueGo bus service with bus no. DL51GD2953. When I reached the boarding point and searching out the bus with bus no. DL51GD 2953 I didn’t find any. So I called the bus drive with name Divyanshu Singh and phone number 6398914537 it was busy two times so I called him again then he told that bus has departed at exit gate you won’t be able to get it and hang up the call but i was standing within the distance of 50mtrs . Then I called the customer care they didn’t helped me with any solution of rescheduling in other upcoming bus or provided any refund and stating that the bus no. Alloted at time of departure was RJ14PF1683 this immediate change is not right for the travellers. After that I reached the Nuego booking counter at ISBT they also didn’t helped me with any solution. So I request my satisfactory solution of ticket refund.
