hI, I purchased on 23rd June 2021 through Flipkart. The product reached on 28th July 2021. While i started use it shows complaint. its Screen was green could not seen enything. I raised complainton 1st July. There is only one option of replacement. For that flipkart scheduled time 17th July . 15th july is technician visit and 17th is pickup date. I called daily to get it early. no service from flipkart. And yesterday was technician visit. But nothing happend. They told that it is because of HP. I already made 43000. Can you do anything to solve the issue.,Because both Flipkart and Hp has no responsibility and customer support. I am sharing here the invoice details. It is also shows no contact number in invoice. This is first time in my career, an invoice without contact number.
