Hi,
We have purchased a dell Inspiron 15 5558 laptop from Amazon portal that costed around 33,490. However within 20 days laptop went faulty and as checked with manufacturer he confirmed that this is already an 6 years old product and cannot be given warranty and need to check with seller. After several emails and calls with seller Amazon, we are still unable to get any resolution, they have asked for many documents which we have produced all the relevant information yet no resolution nor an update, they have simply closed the tickets. I have attached the relevent invoice for the same.
