Promised to Refund and Now not refunding the money which I paid

Hi Team, Almost a month Completed and I didn’t receive the refund amount as committed by OYO. I have done the payment of 2146 RS through the OYO app to book a room for a week and paid 3987 RS at the (THE BOTANICA GRAND) hotel premises. As the hotel premises guy blamed us, like why you booked the room through the OYO app and came here and the 2nd point is visitors are not allowed at least for 5 minutes also to keep the lugguage in the room, as he is angry as we booked the room thru OYO app.
So we contacted OYO on this regard, explained them everything what happend and we asked them to arrange the alternate OYO hotel or Refund. They failed to arrange an alternate and agreed for the refund, and they asked us to provide the bank details to process the refund. As OYO agreed to refund the full amount, I stayed in another hotel on my own.
If they didn’t agree to Refund I could use the same room. Related Ticket number – 8873898958 Till now I didn’t get the refund, and today I got a call saying refund is not possible, I am not agreeing with this and proceeding to consumer court for Justice, please help
