i buy a trolley bag on shopclues order no. -95643099 ,date-21 Jul 2016, 09:05 PM, when i received my order i found broken bag . the bag is broken from side of his tyres . then within 2 days i make a return request on shopclues my return id-3015115 . after 5-6 days shopclues agent come for pick up the product , i gave this product to his .then after that 5-7 days later i check my refund status , in this shopclues account shows that your refund status is in under processing. but after 5-6 days their is no response. i want to get my refund and my justice.
