I Bought a LG G4 STYLUS 3G H540D from shopclues.com my order no. is 96104591 and received it on 3 Aug. 2016 but after receiving the mobile i just see that the mobile is not working properly then i just switch off the mobile and packed it again and requested to return (return request ticket no. 7449326) but did not find any satisfactory reply answer from them as they provide 10 days return policy after that i again raise a request for return with ticket no. 7464175 but again they are not giving any feedback pls help me out to refund my money .. i am stuck with shopclue..I want my money back
