I had ordered Portable Capsule Power Bank 10000 mAH Battery Capacity (pack of 3) from urbanshopperr.myshopify.com, on 21st September 2022, after paying Rs 1199 through UPI. There has been zero communication from the ecommerce website subsequently, including a failure to update me on shipping status. Despite my numerous email reminders to this company, there has been no acknowledgement of the same. Other than an email ID, there is no other contact details given for this company.
