Dear sir/madam, so many reminder given to Travolook regarding my refund amount against ticket cancellations reg. Against Trvlook booking reference number :REF836338630 PNR :- BW8DUW , Hyderabad to Varanasi, Varanasi to Hyderabad. Out of 7 person I have cancelled 3 passenger through indigo. I have enquired with IndiGo according to them, they have refund to travlook Rs 19524/- against PNR no :- FJ4STY dated 07/08/2022 and Rs 39048/- against PNR No :- UURG6E dated 09/08/2022. But until now I have not received that amount from your end .Now already passed 55 days. Kindly help me to get that amount please. total my refund amount Rs 58572/- please help me to get back from travlook as soon as possible.
Whenever I called travlook customer care no 01246434800 , they are telling that, amount is not received from IndiGo. But indigo people sent money on 7th August 2022 & 9th August 2022.
