Dear Sir/Madam,
My self Nelwin Dcosta.
I had ordered a Mobile from paytm mall, but unfortunately i had to relocate to a different place which is 550 kms away from Bangalore. So I couldnt collect the product.
I also tried to cancel the product but since it was already shipped I couldn’t cancel it in paytm app and got a popup message saying during delivery kindly do not accept it
But unfortunately the courier partner delivered the product to the security guard without my knowledge. And later I had submitted a request for return within a day but paytm has been rejecting this request.
Kindly please help me here to get this product returned.
The product is very much safe with the Security team. Not to worry on this.
