Dear sir
I have ordered a Crompton greaves 75litre cooler on amazon.in dated 08/06/2019. The order no.is 402-3399736-3805937 amounting 9500rupees.
Order details show product is shipped and expected delivery between 04/7/2019 to 17/7/2019.
After that I have contacted amazon.in customer care many times. Earlier they were assuring the product will be delivered it is just being delayed. Later they told product will not be delivered amount will be refunded. But even after 9 months amount is not being refunded. Kindly help me and please provide my refund.
