My paytm order ID is 6864909878. I had placed the order on 23rd Dec 2018, this order is wrongly showing as delivered to me on 25th Dec 2018.
when I got the delivery nomination from paytm, first I checked in paytm app/website, it’s showing packed and ready to ship on 11.36 AM 25th Dec 2018 and delivered on 11.37AM 25rd Dec 2018. I got shocked, how come within a minute the product can be shipped and delivered. So I called the contact number of the delivery person (Jitender – 9160005352) provided by paytm. This is not actually the delivery person, he is the seller. I asked him whom had you delivered the product, I am not in home. I was not in the city (you can check the railway ticket I booked through paytm only, booking ID 6668165132) on that day. So the person has replied me that he has marked as delivery but not actually delivered I have to come to his place to take the delivery. So I asked him to cancel the order and I will place another order, since I got a bad impression and this big product I have to spent extra money to get the delivery also I check the product is available in a lesser price.
He started saying that this is not a cancellable product, I can not do that so and so… but when I checked in paytm it’s showing cancellable. Then I got to know that why this guy is arguing with this unnecessarily, then I came to know that he is the actual seller. He also started threatening me saying there are lot of customers suffering with from months, you come and take the delivery or else I will throw it away since it’s a prepaid delivery and he marked as delivered. So I didn’t tell anything to him and called paytm within some time ( 12.12 AM 25th Dec 2018) and lodged a complain ( complain/ query reference no. 102319554) after that multiple calls and emails I made to paytm but got the same response wait for some time out team is working on it. I asked them the escalation matrix but they are not ready to provide. The executives are being trained such a way they don’t answer anything, as like a machine they on reply saying wait for sometime, when I asked in the beginning they said I have to wait for 2/3 days for this resolution, but they crossed the time line. Paytm is not giving me any update regarding the same. I don’t understand what to do, whom should I complain. I don’t have any other way since they are not providing the escalation matrix, I checked in google and lodging this complain. Kindly guide me.
