My Airtel number 9650992012 was in service since more than 8 years. The above number is government public sector provided number and I have paid all my past bills in time.
I was using one more number 9650993278 and I had given request to close the 9650993278 about 10 month back. I have paid full payment/due of 9650993278 two time for closure but bills kept on generating even after my continuous request to close 9650993278. I had received threat call from Airtel of non payment but I kept on requesting for closure 9650993278.
Today Airtel has bar the 9650992012. Airtel has given reason of non payment of bills of 9650993278. I have already paid full payment of 9650993278 two times in the past and will not pay again for 9650993278.
On 19th Dec18, I called 121 and express my agony. But Airtel representative has not de bar my 9650992012 and kept on asking for payment of 9650993278 and demand of which is not right. Finally Airtel representative had closed my 9650992012 instead of de-baring without my consent as dispute was not settled.
I have enclosed the email correspondence with [email protected].
I have already stated in my mails that I have paid full payment of 9650993278 two time in past and bills keep on generating after full payment for closure. There is no guaranty that Airtel will not repeat the same even if I pay again. Please note once again that I will not pay again as I have already paid the payment for 9650993278.
I request Airtel to resolve my issues by de baring my Airtel number 9650992012 and proper compensation from Airtel is requested toward injustice done to me.
