This is regarding the shipment with tracking id:
3206554294. Its been 10 days, I haven’t received my parcel yet. From last 5 days it is showing ofd and nobody’s is even calling me and it is saying undelivered in the tracking link.
Then all of a sudden it’s showing ofd lock.
I tried reaching to your customer care, it is pathetic and not resolving my issue. I tried to contact the delivery manager, at first he wasn’t picking up the call. But after numerous calls he picked up and told me I will receive it today morning but still I haven’t received my parcel. I am contacting him today. Now he is not responding to my calls.
This is the number for delivery agent that i got from a text message from ecom.
Dear Customer, Your order with AwB 3206554294 was undelivered . For further details, please contact Delivery Manager 8076982227 or the shipper – Ecom Express.
Very pathetic service. You guys don’t care about the customers, not picking up their calls. Deliver my parcel asap!
