Hi this is midhun. Ordered Samsung galaxy note 20 refurbished model on Amazon India on 16-07-23 which cost around Rs. 55299/- (order I’d:408-3798863-7276315). The phone was delivered on 18-07-23 but the product has following issues:
1. Ordered Mystic Black color but delivered different Mystic Copper color.
2. There’s a dust particle on the primary camera.
3. Heavy Rattling noise at volume above 70% audio from bottom speaker.
Placed a return request on 20-07-23 till now ie 25-08-23 product was not collected and money was not refunded. Spoke to customer care number of times but not taking serious action on it. It’s been a more than a month till now the amount was not refunded. Customer care people saying refund will be initiated after receiving product.
In this regards requesting you please take appropriate action and help me to get the refund amount
