Text of Complaint by Priyanka:

I ordered a mobile phone on 6 Feb 2020 and they delivered a defective piece on 11 feb,then I placed the return request but they refuse to do so..After so many call I make to customer care and they agree for the replacement and replaced parcel was delivered on 20 feb2020. When I opened it ,the package seal was broken and the product is missing in it, then again I placed the return request and it’s been four days they still didn’t approve my request and not refund my amount back..even their mail I’d was also fake as I talked one of the executive regarding this matter, so he said me to reply the mail which Flipkart sent me regarding my matter with I’d proof and when I replied it ,I get the message that the Flipkart mail I’d is no longer in use.they didn’t solve my issue and waste my time and money both..kindly solve my issue
