It has been a very painful experience with Voltas service. Details are as follows:
The complaint was raised on 06-Jun-2023 (SR No 23060616613) about non-functioning of the AC unit which was purchased on 16-Oct-2022 (Invoice attached) and installed by voltas technician sent by the dealer which AC was purchased from. The unit is still under warranty. The request was assigned to service provider OJASVEE ASSOCIATE, Address: CD 101 Ansal Housing Socity , Greater Noida, MU ,Uttar Pradesh. The technician mentioned that cooling gas has leaked and customer has to pay the charges for gas. He charged INR 3099 (payment receipt attached).
On 02-Jul-2023, the AC unit stopped cooling again and I raised another complaint (SR No 23070407634) on 04-Jul-2023. I called the assigned service provider (OJASVEE ASSOCIATE) multiple times, however they did not send a technician. I then called customer care and got to know that the technician had fraudulently charged me for gas during the previous visit. I have called customer care multiple times. either they pass my call to the next person who demands me to tell them the whole story again or they disconnect the phone. Please check the call record against the above mentioned SRs.

Ojasvee associate is big fraud. They trained technician to damage any part of AC during service. After every service with in 2-3 month some other fault will appear.
They damaged my coil now asking for 8000/- and AC is under warranty but Even voltas is not providing solution. Ojasvee is having monopoly in Noida region, they know company cannot go against them.
Last Year I purchased split AC and with in a year gas leaked, Voltas engineer came and broken two parts of my AC and told me that they will order it and replace the part. It has been 3 months now and no one is listening and giving next date every time.

I called customer care multiple times, no solution yet.
Same story for me as well. In just one year they told me that my pcb board is out of order and I have to pay ₹10600 for the same. I paid that amout but still ac is not working properly. Such a fraud and I will not recommend voltas at all.
purchased voltas washing machine in the month of April,2026.
Exactly it worked only 15 days, later the problems started, the problem is that the machine is not spinning cloths. we gave complaint to the service center, They kept machine for 3 weeks, every time they said new problem and different reasons. two days before we get back our machine to home but now also its not spinning the cloths.
we have belief on TATA products but now completely it is changed . whom to give complaint, kindly, send reply to me.
