I am writing regarding a serious problem I experienced with a withdrawal from my 4rabet account. On 29/05/2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹49,999 via IMPS. The amount was deducted from my 4rabet balance and on your website the withdrawal status is shown as “paid out,” but the money has not been received in my bank account.

Despite the status on your site indicating that the payment was completed, my bank account balance has not changed and the amount has not been credited. I contacted your support, but my problem has not been resolved and the situation continues.
