I am writing regarding a serious problem I experienced with a withdrawal from my 4rabet account. On 29/05/2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹49,999 via IMPS. The amount was deducted from my 4rabet balance and on your website the withdrawal status is shown as “paid out,” but the money has not been received in my bank account.

This transaction is associated with the following token: TRUH4NljyTEnkxqmWewXOy786s43MeSN. Despite the status on your site indicating that the payment was completed, my bank account balance has not changed and the amount has not been credited. I contacted your support, but my problem has not been resolved and the situation continues. Also upload bank statement to customer support team and they your complaint forward to financial department..

I kindly request that you urgently check this withdrawal with the above token number, identify where the payment failed, and return the amount of ₹49,999 back to my 4rabet account ID as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be investigated in detail and resolved…
