.. I booked a Fridge and Tv set on 13 th October 2922 8.30 pm via Flipkart.. Subsequently on the same day at 9.00 pm I changed my delivery slot to 27 th October via customer executive…Mr pramod as I was not able to do it in app. As I did not get any message or confirmation mail , I called flipkart several times the next day.. Every executive assured me that the slot has been changed… But then I got message of out for delivery.. Then I requested the e kart people to give me the delivery on 27th as I’m out of Hubli till 27th…Today flipkart has automatically cancelled my order OD226252813221143000. Also my 150 super coins are not refunded by flipkart..it’s been several times that I called flipkart, but ever time I’m getting the same reply that please again book the fridge… But what about the discounts… Will I get it in same price? Plus the harassment I’ve gone through all this is horrible..
