I booked a Fridge and Tv set on 13 th October 2922 8.30 pm via Flipkart.. Subsequently on the same day at 9.00 pm I changed my delivery slot to 27 th October via customer executive…Mr pramod as I was not able to do it in app. As I did not get any message or confirmation mail , I called flipkart several times the next day.. Every executive assured me that the slot has been changed… But then I got message of out for delivery.. Then I requested the e kart people to give me the delivery on 27th as I’m out of Hubli till 27th…Today flipkart has automatically cancelled my order OD226252813221143000. Also my 150 super coins are not refunded by flipkart..it’s been several times that I called flipkart, but ever time I’m getting the same reply that please again book the fridge… But what about the discounts… Will I get it in same price? Plus the harassment I’ve gone through all this is horrible..

My order ID is – OD226111877042175000. I ordered a “Torque Silvester U shape 9 seater Fabric sofa set with 4 Puffy on 27/09/2022. The item is supposed to be delivered on 12/10/2022.
But the delivery did not happen, I called customer care and they said “we are working on it” and will get it by 15th Oct then it was changed to 20th OCT 2022, then 27th OCT 2022. Still, I didn’t get the product.
I called customer care & the call was transferred to the senior department while talking only he disconnected the phone. Senior department people are not at all talking simply they are disconnecting the call, this is the THIRD TIME IT’S HAPPENING they are disconnecting the call without talking or informing. Don’t think that customers are fools?
I have paid 44K approx. & converted to EMI? I am paying for it. Who will be responsible for waiting around 1 month?
If Flipkart & the delivery partners are not able to deliver such a big product, then why are you guys accepting the order?
I DO NOT WANT THE FORMAL APOLOGIES & DECORATED WORDS. I NEED TO KNOW WHETHER THE PRODUCT CAN BE DELIVERED OR NOT. AND YOU GUYS ARE NOT CANCELLING THE PRODUCT. FOR SOMEONE MISTAKE AM SUFFERING HERE?
Same problem here. I ordered on September 22 but till now i didn’t got the product. Its been 45 days still no response from flipkart side and when iam trying to reach them the not responding

I have purchased this order and it’s defective 2 times request rejected by the Pick Up Team. With wrong Remark Product Mis Match without any Physical Visit. Then I go to Your Ekart Ware House located at Bareilly Bisalpur Chauraha and I was raising my issue with your warehouse TL “Apoorva” she raised new return request again we will pickup the parcel. Then I raised new refund request with same reason but today my return request again cancelled after approved from the seller. Whi is responsible for that.Shame on your service with out any physical visit your delivery person denied my pickup. I’ll go to the police station for legal action against your ware house services Bareilly Bisalpur Chauraha.

My order was supposed to be delivered by 24th October and everytime after calling customer care 3 days extended and it continue and as on today 3december not recived and no commitment. Also not able to cancel this is funny thing.
This is the first time I purchased from flipcart and horrible experience. I don’t know whether or will receive it at all

It seems that flipkart is deliberately doing certain things basis which it takes the money from the customer, which it uses to fund its own operation, and after harassing the customer for sufficient time it refunds without any interest to the customer.
On daily basis i have been talking to your customer care team but they refuse to soloved my issue. You people are harassing me like anything.
I have ordered Oreal 100% Natural Cold Pressed Yellow Mustard Oil 5+1 Ltr with Dispensing Bottle Mustard Oil Plastic Bottle (6L) on 20th Dec, 2022. My paid order number is OD326838009300679100 and it got delivered on 22nd Dec,2022. After opening the outer corrugated box I found that 1Ltr Mustard Oil bottle as well Dispensing Bottle was missing in it. For which I have raised the complaint on that itself for replacement of same. According to flipkart replacement order was supposed to be delivered on 26th Dec, 2022 but it didn’t happened to till date. Meanwhile on daily basis I am talking to your customer care team for several times but till now no appropriate resolution provided by them, which is ridiculous.
On 29th Dec, 2022 I have raised the refund, it got approved on 31st Dec,2022 and pickup was supposed to be done by 2nd Jan, 2023. Yesterday I made several call but pickup was done. My Refund ID is 12102691443367563660. You have cancelled my refund without taking my consent. Now tell me how I will get my refund back.
Flipkart team has harassed me like anything. Due to this, I am going through mentally stressed. Is this kind of service you are providing to your customer, which is not acceptable?
Pls cancel my order and returned my money. After this, I will deactivate my account with flipkart and never purchase anything through flipkart and suggest the same to all my known.

Mene ek product order Kiya tha wo aa to gya pr use jab return kr rha hu to lene hi nhi aa rhe he 2 mahina hone aa gya he 4 baar complain bhi kr diya hu wo HR baar bolte he 5 din me ho jayega return pr nhi hota request ko automatic cancel kr dete he.
I have also super mental harrasment from Flipkart my television delivered on 7.7.2023 and still not service engineer coming for installation.wheni was called several time they give me only date .now today I got date 17.07 2023.wven mli am paid allready.its really mental harrasment..it’s flipcart duty to assign tech visit for installation.no one can reply even I am sevaral mail to grievance officer and cs head also but really really no call.i need to select request call then they call me.and give date only and worst part is senior person of customer support it’s like cold bladed..not solve and cut the call I have all recoding .it’s really frustrated experience still.hipe my television installation atleast in this month’s..
Can you please reply me why your all numbers are useless. What is exactly the psychology behind that policy. Why don’t you provide a proper number to contact direct in customer care.
The most important challenges that I want to know about my last transaction and last product which I ordered from your application.
