Text of Complaint by Priyanka Bhargava:

This is to inform you that your duration of 24-48 hours is again over. This is happening since past16 days. I have been simply asking you people to share the courier details so that I can go and pick up the parcel or ask the courier partner to deliver it.
Due to your negligence I have incurred a losses.
The money is already paid in advance since more than a month.
 I had to call and message your team so many times just to hear to wait for another 48 hours.
Twice your customer care team didn’t speak to me properly from indore mp as visible on true caller.
None of the seniors is intervening to get the delivery done.
At least you can send the product again with another courier partner from your vendor and take back the already sent parcel from this current useless courier partner. But you people are not even ready for this due to your policies which I think have been framed just for your benefit and convenience. Let the customer go to hell. Just play with their time, money and trust.
I am highly pissed off now. The last thing I am left with is going to the consumer court.
This is the last mail that I sent.
