Hello,

I have recently bought an airtel sim and have recharged it with 558/- plan. The plan was supposed to have benefits other than call/data benefits in the form of premium membership to Xstream airtel app. But I wasn’t given access to premium membership like promised and it has been more than 15 days since i have bought the sim and made a complaint to the Airtel team. I have been contacting them everyday and they would ask some time to check it and at the end of the day they leave a message that they have fixed it. And it has been going on the same for the past 15-20 days.
