Text of Complaint by Shriram Kannan:

I recently ordered a refrigerator in amazon for Rs. 33000 and the payment has been made thru my credit card for 9 EMIs and the order got processed and the same need to be delivered on 31-03-2022. The purchase is based on an exchange of product worth Rs. 2300. As per the order, if the exchange product quality is not satisfactory, we need to pay that Rs. 2300 to the delivery person. The product arrived as scheduled and the delivery person inspected the old refrigerator and he told the quality is not good and wanted us to pay 2300. Before bringing the cash, the delivery guy absconded without any intimation and we all were searching for him and when we tried reaching, the mobile was not answered and we were waiting for it the whole day and today morning, when we checked the website, it mentioned the order has been cancelled and the refund is initiated. But i never wanted the order to be cancelled. Now my card is full with the money paid and so its not possible for me to either purchase till the refund process is done and the company is not willing to replace the same order.
