I had changed my postpaid number to prepaid yesterday from noida sec 18 vodafone store, but today morning i got a call for not changing my number and i did not change my decision, but my request has been canceled. Then I again went to vodafone store and requested the same process again, but now i m getting lots of msgs again and again having different information. I m fed up with your response regarding my problem. Please help!
